La Sangria
La Sangria is an old typical wood cabin hidden between Encamp and Canillo. It is run by a French couple and that brings its kind of cuisine: French recipes and typical mountain dishes.
It is a very familiar and pleasant place, warm and cosy.
A highlight are the charcoal-grilled snails, small charcoal-grilled squid, duck maigret with a red fruit sauce, cheese fondue and for dessert a delicious crepe with chocolate and orange!
There is a huge chimney in the middle of the restaurant, where they cook the meat and the snails.
