El Cyrano in Encamp

El Cyrano is a restaurant located in Encamp which brings a new concept of cuisine in Andorra: the "fusion cuisine", which mixes Japanese dishes and traditional recipes from the country.

Jehwan De Coninck is the chef and he is French. A young chef but with a lot of experience in creative and innovative cuisine.

They are closed on Tuesday and Sunday nights.
