Church: Sant Joan in Canillo

Sant Joan is a church located in Canillo. It is from the XIth - XIIth centuries but they were some refurbishments is the XVth century.

It is a typical architecture of the romanesque period from Andorra: rectangular nave, semicircular apse and red cabbage bell tower.

Where the apse is, there is an altarpiece from the Renaissance dedicated to the evangelist St. John.

Outside there are two tombs because this place used to be a medieval graveyard.
